As we scale, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager –Finance to oversee financial operations, foreign remittances, payroll, and invoicing. This role is ideal for a young Chartered Accountant (CA) or finance professional who is eager to learn, research, and adapt to evolving financial frameworks.

Who We’re Looking For
- Recently qualified CA (or finance professional with 2-4 years of experience).
- Strong understanding of financial compliance, tax regulations, and corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and digital financial platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of foreign remittance regulations and multi-currency
- transactions.
- Experience handling employee payroll, tax deductions, and compliance filings.
- Excellent communication skills in English—ability to interact with internal teams and external financial institutions.
- Proactive researcher who keeps up with evolving financial formats, budgets, and tax structures.
What You’ll Do
Financial Management & Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
Foreign Remittance & Compliance
- Handle foreign remittance processes and ensure compliance with cross-border financial regulations.
- Work with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth global transactions.
- Keep up with international payment structures and evolving taxation policies.
Payroll & Employee Compensation
- Manage employee payroll processing, salary disbursement, and tax deductions.
- Ensure compliance with PF, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Maintain accurate financial forecasting models to support business decision-making.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and optimize financial efficiency.
Invoicing & Financial Documentation
- Oversee client invoicing, vendor payments, and financial documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, taxation, and GST compliance.
- Maintain and update financial dashboards and reports in Excel.
Must-Have Skills
- Recently qualified CA or finance professional with 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of foreign remittance & international transaction processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Understanding of employee payroll, tax compliance, and statutory deductions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current financial formats, budgets, and tax regulations.
- Excellent English communication skills—ability to manage financial discussions

Compensation & Qualifications
Salary Range: ₹5–10 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).
Experience: Recently qualified CA or 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

- Strong knowledge of financial compliance, GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and cloud-based financial tools.
