Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, India for teaching professionals passionate about delivering world-class education. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering critical thinking and creativity, assessing and supporting the learning progress of students, and creating an inspiring classroom environment. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues to implement innovative, student-centered instructional strategies while maintaining a commitment to holistic education methods. Active parent communication and participation in school events and ongoing professional development are also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of subject expertise and curriculum development
- Proficiency in lesson planning and creating interactive and engaging learning environments
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning and support digital classrooms
- Ability to guide and inspire students in their academic and personal growth
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic learning environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject area; Teaching certification is required
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in an international or American academic setting, is a plus
