Role Description The Teaching Professional will deliver classroom instruction aligned with the CBSE curriculum, create engaging lesson plans, and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining classroom discipline, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to support student development. The role also involves participating in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities to continuously enhance teaching practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based at NSN Group of Schools in Chengalpattu.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with a clear understanding of age-appropriate pedagogy and CBSE curriculum standards.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, engaging learning experiences and support student skill development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training certification is preferred.
- Prior experience as a school teacher or teaching professional, ideally in CBSE or similar curricula, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and motivating classroom environment, with strong classroom management and student mentoring capabilities.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
