Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teaching Professional at Adani International School located in Ahmedabad. The Teaching Professional will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering engaging and effective educational sessions, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional duties include assessing and supporting student progress, collaborating with colleagues to refine teaching methods, and participating in training to stay updated with the latest educational practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and developing comprehensive educational strategies
- Strong background in Education and Teaching with a focus on effective pedagogy
- Excellent Communication skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Training and mentoring students to help them achieve academic success
- Adaptability to align with global best practices while incorporating foundational values
- Minimum qualifications: A degree in Education or related field; teaching certifications or equivalent credentials are highly preferred
- Prior teaching experience in a school environment is desirable
