Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Teaching Faculty member. The responsibilities include planning and delivering subject-specific lessons, guiding students in their academic and competitive exam preparation, creating course materials, and conducting assessments to track progress. The role also involves engaging with students to resolve doubts, fostering an interactive and inclusive learning environment, and contributing to curriculum development in collaboration with the academic team.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the relevant academic domain
- Experience in teaching, curriculum planning, and delivering effective classroom instruction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in student assessment, exam preparation, and performance analysis
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject or discipline; teaching certifications are a plus
- Experience in teaching for competitive exams or working in the education sector is advantageous
