Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Teaching Faculty member at Shree Bharathi Vidyalaya, for social science subject located in Vijaynagar Bengaluru, Karnataka. The faculty member will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, evaluating student progress, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues for curriculum development and participating actively in school-related activities and meetings to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Qualifications
- Subject knowledge and teaching expertise in relevant academic disciplines( BA B.Ed)
- Effective communication and classroom management skills
- Curriculum planning, lesson preparation, and instructional design skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and student engagement
- Strong interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students
- Relevant teaching certifications and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or the relevant subject area
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
