Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Teaching Faculty position. The responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality accounting and finance courses, preparing instructional materials, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback. The role also involves mentoring students to enhance both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills, while ensuring adherence to the institute's curriculum standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation concepts
• Experience in teaching or training, with strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to develop engaging instructional materials and content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with accounting and finance tools, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or related software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
