Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Teaching Faculty role, based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include delivering lectures and laboratory sessions, preparing and reviewing course materials, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and ensuring academic rigor. The role also involves contributing to research initiatives, publishing papers, and participating in institutional academic and administrative activities. Faculty members are expected to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment and support students in achieving academic excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise in engineering, management, or related disciplines
- Experience in curriculum development, lecture preparation, and assessment design
- Research and publication skills, with the ability to conduct and publish academic work
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field from a recognized university
- Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with academic tools, technologies, and current pedagogical practices
