Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per curriculum guidelines
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess and monitor student progress regularly
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
Maintain discipline and ensure classroom management
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions
For Mother Teachers: Handle overall development of primary grade students
For Teacher Facilitators: Support innovative teaching methods and student engagement
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelors/Masters Degree in relevant subject
B.Ed./D.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per role)
Strong communication skills (English/Hindi as applicable)
Passion for teaching and student development
