We're Hiring Assistant Professors – Physics & Mathematics
Location: Bangalore

We are inviting applications from qualified and passionate academicians for the position of Assistant Professor – Physics & Mathematics. We are looking for individuals who are committed to academic excellence, innovative teaching, and student development.

Essential Qualification
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade).
Relevant Qualifications:
- Physics: M.Sc. Physics
- Mathematics: M.Sc. Mathematics
Mandatory Eligibility
Candidates must have qualified any one of the following:
- UGC-NET, or
- SLET/SET in the relevant subject.
Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. in accordance with UGC Regulations are exempt from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Teaching experience in higher education institutions.
- Research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-CARE listed journals.
- Ability to teach interdisciplinary courses and effectively use ICT-enabled teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction.
- Develop lesson plans and academic resources aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate in curriculum development, assessments, and institutional academic activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, seminars, workshops, and faculty development initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic teams to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
