Role Description
This is an internship role for a Teaching Assistant based in Dehradun, with a hybrid working model that allows some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include assisting educators with lesson planning, supporting students in understanding coursework, and providing administrative and logistical support. The role also involves fostering an encouraging learning environment for students and addressing their academic needs under the guidance of lead teachers.
Qualifications
- Skills in Assistant Teaching and Education to facilitate and support classroom activities
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and educators
- Proficiency in Mathematics and the ability to assist students in understanding mathematical concepts
- Experience and passion for Working With Children in academic or mentorship settings
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments with reliable time management skills
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus
- A proactive attitude and a dedication to fostering academic growth in students
