Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Primary and Middle School Teachers, based in the Greater Chennai Area. The primary responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a supportive classroom environment, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Teachers will also be responsible for developing effective teaching materials and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning for primary and middle school curricula
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Effective Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in providing Training and support to students
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt teaching techniques for diverse learning needs
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (B.Ed. preferred)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages is an advantage
