Summary:
The Treasury Specialist Consumer Loan Markets supports indirect lending programs and secondary market activities for consumer loan portfolios. The role assists with daily treasury operations, partner coordination, data maintenance, and analytics, working closely with the Senior Manager of Treasury to ensure efficient program performance and strong external partnerships.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
- Minimum two years experience in Finance or a similar function within a financial institution required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow and document procedures and process flows
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains datasets, models, and analytical tools used for fintech lending programs, secondary market activities, and peer analysis
- Assists with ongoing maintenance, tracking, and documentation of secondary market activities
- Assists in onboarding new partners and maintaining relationships with fintech lending programs and secondary market broker-dealers
- Coordinates with Treasury management on oversight of representations and warrants in partner agreements, including periodic repurchase and fee-recapture processes
- Monitors activity and performance within fintech lending programs
- Supports due-diligence activities for new fintech lending programs and secondary market transactions
- Coordinates with internal departments regarding fintech program requests on existing portfolios
- Provide support for audit-related requests associated with fintech lending programs
- Assist in competitor data gathering to support risk-based pricing activities
- May assist senior staff with preparing materials and reports using standard methodologies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc analyses related to program performance and secondary market transactions
- Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
