SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the following Member Services sub departments: Debit Card Processing, Escheatment, and IRA/CD areas. Provides advice and direction to direct and indirect reports, monitoring the efficiency, quality and quantity of work produced. Oversees departmental activities to ensure objectives are met. Evaluates Department processes and procedures, recommends changes to streamline, and creates efficiencies in operations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required
- Minimum five years of retail/credit banking experience including three years in a supervisory role required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving customer services, multitasking and internet skills, and excellent telephone etiquette required

The good faith range for this position is $93,000 to $116,300 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
