Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Teachers at Kara4Kids, based in Bengaluru. Teachers will be responsible for designing and executing engaging lesson plans, implementing teaching strategies, and fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment. Additionally, they will support children’s educational growth while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Teachers are expected to collaborate with fellow educators and communicate effectively with parents regarding the progress and development of children.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Lesson Planning and curriculum design
- Strong background in Education and Teaching methods
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to train, guide, and mentor learners to encourage interactive and meaningful participation
- Passion for working with young children and fostering holistic growth
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (early childhood education preferred)
- Previous experience in teaching or childcare is an advantage
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working in a learning-focused environment
