Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher Trainer based in Davangere. The Teacher Trainer will be responsible for conducting teacher training sessions to ensure effective delivery of the Kreedo curriculum. Responsibilities will include lesson planning support, organizing workshops, mentoring educators, and monitoring classroom practices to maintain teaching standards. The role also involves providing feedback to support continuous improvement among teachers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Teaching, Training, and nurturing educator development
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and effective delivery of educational content
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders
- Background in Education or experience in designing and implementing early childhood education programs
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse classroom settings
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience with hands-on educational tools, curriculum management, or training is a plus
