Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Teacher Success Manager who will be responsible for training and enabling the Sales (BDA) team to effectively conduct demos, communicate with parents, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, training experience, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train the Sales (BDA) team on:
- Conducting impactful and engaging demo sessions
- Effective communication with parents
- Delivering compelling parent pitches
- Design and implement structured training modules for:
- Sales pitch delivery
- Objection handling
- Lead conversion strategies
- Monitor and evaluate demo quality and provide actionable feedback
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates
- Conduct mock sessions and role plays to enhance team performance
- Identify training gaps and continuously improve training content
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in training, sales enablement, or education domain preferred
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion strategies
- Ability to mentor and coach teams effectively
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Education / Communication preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
