Connect2Learn is looking for a dedicated and organized Teacher Success Executive to support teacher operations and ensure a smooth learning experience across our programs.
Position: Teacher Success Executive
Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
Shift: Day Shift (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate teacher onboarding, training, and session scheduling
• Maintain smooth communication between teachers and internal teams
• Monitor teacher attendance, performance, and class quality
• Resolve operational and coordination-related teacher queries
• Manage schedules, updates, and daily teacher engagement activities
• Maintain records and ensure process compliance
Requirements:
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in EdTech, operations, or teacher coordination is preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
