Company Description Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a nonprofit organization focused on providing disadvantaged youth in India with pathways to professional employment through free, intensive one-year coaching programs. Operating over 1,000 branches across 10 northern states, FEA serves more than 60,000 urban and rural students with curricula based on best practices from leading global universities. Urban and rural courses are tailored to local contexts while building productive, ethical mindsets and core employability skills. A large-scale randomized evaluation by Stanford University found that completing the FEA urban course can significantly increase participants’ lifetime earnings, underscoring the impact of FEA’s model.
