Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Pune District for a Teacher of Physics at Mustang Defence Academy. The role involves teaching physics concepts to students preparing for competitive exams at 11th and 12th level CBSE , designing and delivering lesson plans, creating and administering tests, and providing consistent support to help students achieve their educational and career goals. Collaboration with other faculty members to maintain high teaching standards will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Physics and Physics Education, with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to organize and deliver structured and engaging classes.
- A solid understanding of Mathematics to complement physics instruction.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students aiming for competitive exams like NDA, CDS, and SSB.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; experience preparing students for competitive exams is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
