We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Librarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Library Science and a passion for promoting literacy and information access within the community.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Library Science (MLS or MLIS) from a program accredited by the ALA
- Demonstrated experience in managing and administering library operations
- Excellent leadership capabilities and skills in team building
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using library management systems and digital resources
- A dedication to delivering high-quality service to a diverse community
