Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Teacher Coordinator role based in Bengaluru. The Teacher Coordinator will oversee academic and classroom activities, support and guide educators in implementing the curriculum, and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality early education. Responsibilities include training teaching staff, evaluating curriculum implementation, organizing parent-teacher communication, solving classroom challenges, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum development
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in staff training, classroom management, and problem-solving
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, events, and documentation effectively
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach to working with educators and children
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in a similar role or as a teacher in a preschool/early education setup
