Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Teacher role at YDK COACHING CENTER™, located in Siliguri. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, and helping students achieve academic success. Responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing individual support, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and structuring effective educational content
• Strong skills in Education and Teaching practices
• Excellent Communication abilities to engage and nurture students
• Experience in Training, mentoring, or teaching roles
• Passion for education and a student-centered approach
• Master’s degree in Education, relevant subject, or related field is preferre
