Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Teacher at Vedic Tree Preschool. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons, and creating a supportive learning environment. Daily tasks include facilitating interactive teaching sessions, monitoring student progress, and fostering collaboration among students. Additionally, the Teacher will participate in training sessions and communicate effectively with parents and staff to support each child's development and learning journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing engaging, age-appropriate educational content
- Expertise in Teaching and Training with the ability to create a dynamic and interactive classroom environment
- Strong Communication skills, with aptitude for clear and effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Background in Education, preferably with a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Passion for nurturing young learners, patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs
- Prior experience in preschool teaching or early childhood education is a plus
- Knowledge of educational best practices and child development milestones is highly desirable
- Proficiency in English and additional language skills are beneficial
