Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, play based, and inquiry driven learning experiences.
* Foster children’s cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
* Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Use creative teaching strategies including storytelling, music, art, movement, and hands on activities.
* Observe and assess each child’s progress while maintaining detailed developmental records.
* Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and meetings.
* Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events and learning experiences.
* Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices where appropriate.
* Maintain classroom resources, displays, and documentation to a high standard.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a reputed preschool or school.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Passion for working with young children and creating joyful learning experiences.
Preferred Skills
Creative lesson planning.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
* Digital literacy and comfort with educational technology.
* Excellent observation and child assessment skills.
* Positive attitude with a growth mindset.
