Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teacher based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility of performing some tasks remotely. The Teacher will design and deliver lesson plans, conduct engaging educational sessions, and mentor learners across various settings. The role also involves preparing training materials, maintaining logs of instructional progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and creating comprehensive educational strategies.
- Strong foundation in Education and hands-on Teaching experience.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
- Experience in Training individuals or teams to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Ability to engage learners and adapt to various teaching methodologies as needed.
- Relevant degree in Education or a related discipline; additional certifications in teaching or training are an advantage.
- Basic technological proficiency to manage hybrid teaching environments is preferred.
