Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher based in Patna. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective instruction, and assessing student progress. Additionally, the Teacher will provide training and guidance to students, ensure a positive learning atmosphere, and communicate with students and parents regarding academic performance and development. Collaboration with colleagues to create a dynamic educational environment will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver engaging and well-structured educational content.
- Experience in Education and Training to foster the academic growth and development of students.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential in a supportive environment.
- Relevant teaching certifications or a degree in Education or related field is required.
- Experience in classroom management and familiarity with modern teaching methodologies is a plus.
