Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher based in Delhi, India. The Teacher will deliver engaging lessons, prepare and follow structured yet flexible lesson plans, and facilitate experiential and conceptual learning for students. The role involves fostering critical thinking, supporting skill development, and encouraging a lifelong love for learning. Close collaboration with students and peers to ensure impactful and personalized education is key.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing comprehensive and engaging educational materials.
- Strong background in Education with the ability to align teaching methods with diverse learning needs and scientific learning principles.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in Teaching, including managing classrooms, delivering interactive sessions, and evaluating student progress.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and workshops for both students and peers to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
- Passion for nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in students.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a strong asset.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to fostering individual growth and development for students.
