Role Description
The Teacher will deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring student understanding and growth. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, evaluating student performance, and fostering a positive learning environment. Collaboration with peers and parents for the holistic development of students will also be key. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Proven experience and expertise in Teaching and Training methodologies
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members
- A background in Education with knowledge of educational best practices and pedagogical techniques
- Adaptability and passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Familiarity with technology-driven teaching tools is advantageous
