Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher based in Auraiya. The Teacher's daily responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans, effectively delivering lessons to students, and providing tailored support that meets individual learning needs. Additionally, the Teacher will assess student progress and foster a positive learning environment to encourage academic and personal growth. Collaboration with parents and guardians to discuss student development is also integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching
- Proficiency in delivering effective Education and Training
- Exceptional Communication skills to facilitate understanding and engagement
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence
- Teaching certifications or a degree in Education or a related field is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is an advantage
