Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teacher located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, delivering engaging and effective instruction, and mentoring students across different grades. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering educational content, assessing student progress, conducting training sessions, and maintaining regular communication with students and parents to support academic success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and effective Teaching techniques.
- Proficiency in Education methods and student-centric Training approaches.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work models, combining in-person instruction with remote teaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with students in 1st to 12th grade is advantageous.
- Passion for fostering skills and driving student success.
