Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at FirstCry Intellitots Preschool in Kalaburagi. The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting each child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Daily tasks include preparing learning materials, conducting interactive sessions, monitoring student progress, maintaining classroom discipline in a positive manner, and providing regular feedback to families. The Teacher will also participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to apply early childhood learning principles in the classroom.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to create structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities for young learners.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in a preschool or early learning environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom, demonstrating patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
- Basic computer literacy to use digital learning tools and maintain simple records or reports.
