Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and dedicated Early Years Educator to lead classroom learning, foster an inclusive environment, and guide children through critical early developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Curriculum Delivery: Implement engaging, activity-based lessons aligning with early childhood development goals.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, welcoming, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Individual Progress Tracking: Observe, assess, and document each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
* Parent Communication: Conduct regular parent-teacher interactions and provide constructive updates on child progress.
* Event & Activity Coordination: Organize and execute school events, celebrations, and creative learning activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), NTT, or B.Ed.
* 1+ years of teaching experience in a preschool or early learning setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
* Strong patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.
