Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teacher at Beetopper, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility to work from home. The Teacher will be responsible for planning lessons, delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions, and ensuring students meet their learning objectives. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing individualized support, and collaborating with parents or guardians to address educational needs and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and teaching methodologies to effectively prepare and deliver instructional content.
- Expertise in Education and Teaching, with the ability to develop subject knowledge and tailor approaches to various learning styles.
- Proven Communication and Training skills to interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders professionally and empathetically.
- Passion for teaching and fostering student growth through a supportive and motivational approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant teaching certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly across both in-person and remote teaching modes.
