Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher based in India. Teachers at Azim Premji Foundation will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, delivering engaging and impactful classroom instruction, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring students, guiding them to reach their full potential, and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Teaching to create effective and innovative educational experiences
- Strong skills in Education and Training to foster growth and development among students
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners, adapt teaching strategies to diverse needs, and create an inclusive classroom
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent teaching certification)
- Prior teaching experience and knowledge of local educational context is an advantage
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes
