Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher and Trainer in the Food and Beverage (F&B) Department based in Goa, India. The responsibilities include designing and delivering lesson plans, teaching F&B-related modules, training students to excel in the hospitality industry, and equipping them with practical and theoretical knowledge. The role also involves guiding students in understanding industry standards, enhancing their communication skills, and fostering a professional and positive learning environment. Collaboration with hospitality partners for real-time internship opportunities is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning to create effective and engaging academic content for F&B courses
- Strong background in Education and Teaching, with relevant classroom experience
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners
- Experience in Training students to meet professional standards in the hospitality and tourism industries
- Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for diverse groups of students
- Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field
