Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote after training)

Schedule Expectations:
Monday–Friday with a rotating weekend shift approximately once per month (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00–10:00 AM, flexible start time)
Compensation: Starting at $21/hour

Role Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as the key connection between customers, stores, and internal teams. This role focuses on resolving service issues, supporting daily operations, and improving the overall customer experience through strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Store Support
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, routing, and product quality
- Manage shared inbox and phone support; document and escalate recurring issues
Operations & Coordination
- Monitor driver feedback and daily operations to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate routing and volume changes with internal teams
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare weekly service reports (trends, KPIs, key issues)
- Communicate updates to stores and support manual order entry as needed
Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with onboarding, product launches, and market initiatives
- Lead weekly market meetings, track action items, and coordinate internal communications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or customer operations preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting multi-location or retail operations
- Familiarity with order management, routing, or CRM systems
