Business Analyst (R42563)

Responsibilities: • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts to define project scope and objectives. • Analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management, to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes. • Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes to facilitate the development of new applications and features. • Conduct user acceptance testing, manage issues and defects, and provide ongoing support to end-users. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and training materials. • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Proficient in eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and creating user stories and wireframes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred. • Knowledge of common business analysis tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio, is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
