Position Summary
The Director of Marketing and Community Relations at TCT Federal Credit Union plays a pivotal role in shaping our public presence, fostering member engagement, and driving growth by overseeing community relations, social media strategy, and traditional marketing initiatives. This position collaborates closely with the Chief Experience Officer and cross-functional teams to ensure unified messaging, strong ties to the community, and the effective execution of marketing campaigns that reflect TCT’s mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies that elevate TCT’s reputation and member engagement through community relations, social media, and traditional media channels.
- Supervise the development, scheduling, and administration of digital content across various social media platforms with the objective of informing and engaging members, advancing financial literacy, strengthening brand loyalty, and establishing TCT's distinct position among credit unions and financial institutions.
- Oversee the cultivation and maintenance of strong partnerships with current segments, community organizations, financial educators, local businesses, and stakeholders to promote TCT’s initiatives and expand outreach.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, radio, print (flyers, brochures, posters), and community events, as well as Social Media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) ensuring alignment with TCT’s strategic goals and member first focus.
- Utilize omnichannel marketing strategies and retargeting initiatives to provide a seamless experience for members, prospective members, and target segments.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and outreach activities using member feedback, marketing analytics, and performance metrics.
- Guide the marketing team's growth through mentorship, ongoing training, and responsible use of AI in strategy, content, and messaging.
- Remain current on marketing trends, compliance, regulatory changes, and the evolving needs of TCT’s members to continually refine and innovate outreach efforts.
