Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Solution Delivery
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules as per business needs
- Participate in greenfield, brownfield, or system conversion projects
- Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities
- Perform impact analysis and propose solution designs
Business & Functional Expertise
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering, and fit-gap analysis
- Ensure end-to-end process integration across SAP modules
- Drive process optimization using S/4HANA best practices
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing
- Support data migration, cut-over planning, and go-live activities
- Ensure solution stability post go-live
Support & Enhancements
- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve incidents
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Handle change requests and minor enhancements
Documentation & Governance
- Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
SAP Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Functional Analysis
- Expertise in at least one SAP functional module:
- FI / CO
- MM
- SD
- PP
- WM / EWM
- QM
- PM
- HCM / SuccessFactors
- Good understanding of S/4HANA architecture, data model, and simplification list
- Experience with Fiori Apps, embedded analytics, and CDS views (functional exposure)
Technical & Integration Knowledge
- Basic understanding of:
- Interfaces (IDocs, APIs, RFCs)
- Data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, Migration Cockpit)
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA Certification (Finance, Logistics, or relevant module)
- Experience in global implementations or rollouts
- Exposure to Agile / Hybrid project environments
