Job Title: SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant
Experience Required: 5 to 14 years
Location: TCS – Bangalore
Job Description:
As an SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP Customer Service processes across service orders, notifications, warranties, contracts, and billing. The role involves close collaboration with business users, integration with other SAP modules, and participation in both implementation and support projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) module
- Manage end-to-end service processes, including:
- Service notifications
- Service orders
- Repairs and returns
- Warranty management
- Service contracts
- Integrate SAP CS with related modules:
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- PM (Plant Maintenance)
- FI/CO
- Handle pricing, billing, and settlement for service orders
- Design and configure:
- Item categories
- Task lists
- Partner determination
- Status profiles
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production support
- Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose solutions
- Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
- Work with onsite/offshore teams and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS configuration
- End-to-end implementation and/or support experience
- Knowledge of service order lifecycle and notification processing
- Integration experience with SD, MM, PM
- Pricing and billing in service scenarios
- Experience with incident, change, and problem management
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to S/4HANA Service Management
- Experience with FSM or CRM integration
- IDoc and basic interface knowledge
- SAP certification in CS / SD / S/4HANA
- Experience in global or rollout projects
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
