Role: Oracle Hyperion DBA Experience: 5 to 14 Years Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time
🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Hyperion DBA to manage, administer, and support Hyperion EPM environments. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, security, and day‑to‑day administration across Hyperion applications.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and upgrade Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite
- Support Hyperion applications including:
- Hyperion Planning
- Essbase
- HFM / FCCS
- FDMEE
- EPBCS (Good to have)
- Perform environment monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
- Manage user security, provisioning, and access controls
- Perform backup, recovery, and DR activities
- Apply patches, PSU updates, and troubleshoot system issues
- Work closely with application teams for production support and enhancements
- Support Unix/Linux and Windows environments
- Manage Oracle database related to Hyperion (basic DBA activities)
- Participate in audits, documentation, and compliance activities
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Hyperion Administration
- Hands-on experience with Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, HFM
- Working knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, IIS
- Experience with Shell scripting (nice to have)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
🔹 Good to Have
- Cloud EPM / OCI exposure
- Automation or scripting experience
- Financial domain knowledge
