Utilize strong communication problem solving skills to resolve customer issues . Meet or exceed performance metrics , including call resolutions rates ,customer satisfaction and quality standards . Strong communication skills, verbal and written Strong analytical skills Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives .
