Job Title: Salesforce Revenue Cloud – Functional Consultant (Business Analyst)

Required Skills & Experience
- 4–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
· Lead requirement workshops; document BRD/FRD/user stories and acceptance criteria
· Create process maps and collaborate with Technical Lead/Architect on solution design
· Support UAT planning/execution; manage defects triage with Dev/QA teams
- · Drive stakeholder communication, training support, and release readiness
- Strong hands‑on functional expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- CPQ (mandatory)
- Contracts / CLM
- Billing & Revenue (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash / Lead‑to‑Cash business processes
- Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
