- Lead and mentor the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines- Oversee the development and operation of cloud infrastructure and services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, efficiency, and scalability- Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting across the infrastructure- Drive the adoption of DevOps culture and practices across engineering teams- Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for DevOps projects- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements- Lead incident response and resolution efforts to maintain high availability of systems- Collaborate with product management to align DevOps initiatives with product roadmaps- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and infrastructure- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and performance management of the DevOps team- Contribute to the overall engineering leadership and strategic direction- Identify and drive initiatives for continuous improvement of engineering processes- Collaborate with executive leadership to align DevOps strategies with business goalsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Proven experience in a leadership role within a DevOps or infrastructure engineering team- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet- Experience with infrastructure as code techniques using Terraform or CloudFormation- Thorough understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges- Proven track record of driving cultural and organizational change towards DevOps practices- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and project management- Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are a plus- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a strategic focus- Strong commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
