Skills Required We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in leading product development programs within a scaled Agile framework. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in defining, monitoring, and auditing product development initiatives, driving operational excellence, and enhancing customer experiences. Essential Skills (Two top skills) Experience: 10 to 12 years in program/project management, focusing on Agile product development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Agile frameworks. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills. Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Define, launch, and manage complex product development programs aligned with business goals. Agile Implementation: Mentor cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Release Management: Manage release cycles and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Sprint Oversight: Oversee sprint planning, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure R&D program success and team performance. Auditing & Reviews: Conduct regular audits and lead weekly/monthly reviews to assess progress and address blockers. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive program success. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to team efficiency and productivity. Governance Expertise: Serve as the expert for Jira and Confluence, ensuring optimal setup and maintenance.
