Because of our rapid growth, we have multiple Customer Support Agent positions open. These positions are part-time (20 hours per week) and seasonal (they run from December through April). Flexible shifts.
Please note: Remote positions are not available to college-age applicants. We require college-age applicants to work in a Support Center.
Responsibilities
Customer Support Agents assist customers by responding to their questions and helping them navigate the software so they can successfully file their tax returns. We respond to customer questions via e-mail and live chat.
Qualifications
Some things we are looking for in a candidate:
- Aptitude for learning and using basic computer software
- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Interest in and ability to problem solve
- Previous customer service experience – a plus, but not required
- Tax knowledge/prep experience – a plus, but not required

- Starting pay is $17/hour.
