Tax Senior– International Tax

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do

Increasingly complex tax decisions can have a significant effect—positive or negative—on the future of our clients’ business. Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help our clients’ excel globally.

To list some of key responsibilities: -

ü Deloitte India (Offices of the U.S) Tax Compliance Group works with US based clients of Deloitte Tax to provide tax compliance services, including income and several other types of tax return preparation, and computations.

ü Focus on providing international tax return compliance, tax accounting for international tax matters and related advisory services

ü Engagement Management and Team Management

Qualifications And Experience

Required:

• Full time Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or equivalent from reputed University
• Around 4+ years of experience in US Taxation. Experience in international taxation is highly preferable (Form 5471,8865,8858,1118et
• Experience in CSC CORPTAX, OneSource is preferable.
• Knowledge around recent Tax Reform is preferable but not compulsory (Transition Tax, GILTI, BEAT etc)
• Strong Project Management
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• A preparer tax identification number (PTIN) is required for tax returns. If you do not have a PTIN or if your PTIN is expired, you are requested to complete the new or renewal application process (as applicable ) before joining Deloitte.
