Spectral Consultants is #Hiring | Tax Manager – Corporate Taxation - (Form 1120) /Partnership Taxation(Form 1065)/Individual Tax (1040) HNI
📍 Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on US Corporate, Partnership, Individual, Trust, and Estate Tax matters across diverse engagements.
- Lead engagement planning by defining tax service scope, objectives, and delivery methodologies.
- Oversee tax planning, analysis, and recommendations to meet client requirements.
- Review and manage Federal, State, Local, and International tax returns, including estimated payments and extensions.
- Review Forms 1120, 1065, and 1040 (HNI) and ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and apply changes in US tax laws and regulations relevant to client engagements.
- Manage multiple client engagements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Tax Seniors and Associates, providing coaching and technical guidance.
Preferred Expertise
- Strong knowledge of US Corporate Tax (1120), Partnership Tax (1065), and Individual Tax (1040 – HNI).
- Exposure to Trust & Estate Taxation will be an added advantage.
- Experience with large, multi-state, or internationally active middle-market clients preferred.
- Strong experience in client management, team leadership, and tax review.
- Prior experience in Big 4, public accounting, or professional services preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- EA/CPA – Mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant US Taxation experience.
- Minimum 1 year as assistant manager
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
