At Sentient Solutions for Accounting, we offer a broad range of tax services by combining technology and tax technical resources. We work on US tax returns pertaining to Corporates, Partnerships, Individual, one person companies and Trusts. Corporate/ Entities Income Tax
es: Provide tax compliance services, including tax return preparation and taxable income computation. Specific Residences/ Global Incomes: Opportunity to work with US based clients to provide tax compliance services.

About the Role: As a US Tax Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our tax outsourcing services, specifically targeting CPA firms across the United States. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of tax professionals who are well-versed in U.S. business and individual tax regulations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities:
➢ Consolidated C corporations.
➢ Larger/more complex entities.
➢ Multi-state.
➢ Knows CCH Axcess.
➢ Foreign operations are helpful but not required.
➢ Provision work would be GREAT! If they do complex C corps, they should be able to do provisions.
Qualifications:
➢ 7+ years of experience in US C Corporate 1120.
➢ Enrolled Agent or other appropriate certification (or in the process if pursuing).
➢ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or another business-related field.
➢ Prior Big 4 experience or equivalent Experience.
➢ Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
➢ Experience with managing projects / clients including scheduling, budgeting, client correspondence and excellent technology and research skills.
➢ Software skills – like CCH and Ultra tax would be a plus.
Preferred Skills:
➢An understanding of US accounting principles, IRS, internal regulations of both GAAP and US
GAAP.
➢Ability to multi-task tax engagements, track the status across all engagements, and drive their completion.
➢Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals within the organization and with the clients.
➢Analytical and diagnostic skills to be able to break down complex issues and implementing appropriate resolutions.
➢Demonstrate to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
